FULL BODY WORKOUT

A fun and challenging hour for everyone. This is about YOU getting an hour that is full of energy and good vibes, this is a combination of exercises for both abdomen, back, buttocks and thighs.

 

We raise our heart rate quite a few times during the hour, giving you the cardio, you need to stay healthy. Our instructor is helpful with any adjustments to exercises, and always open to new suggestions. We will be training for both body strain, balance and stability.
